Hugh Evans (Founder)

Hugh is internationally recognised for establishing social movements and creating change. He was the Founder of The Oaktree Foundation (Australia’s largest and most successful youth run organisation), 2004 Young Australian of the Year, and Co-Chair of the 2020 Youth Summit. More recently, Hugh created the Global Poverty Project (GPP), which is catalysing the movement to end extreme poverty. GPP has been profiled in front of the Queen of England & British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, and has gained the support of the Australian Government, the United Nations Millennium Campaign & Hugh Jackman among many others.

Clive Burcham (Founder)

Clive is an expert in pioneering brand initiatives in the digital and physical worlds. In the last four years, he has founded two businesses:  TCO (Australia’s most successful brand entertainment outfit, whose clients include Network Ten, Coca-Cola, Telstra, P+G & Mediacom) and The Happy Farm (a specialist production planning business, which works directly with clients and their agencies such as Sony, Fosters, Invisible Zinc, RMG Connect and many others).

Nic Mackay (Managing Director)

Nic is a social entrepreneur and a thought leader regarding the future of “corporate social responsibility”. Nic was the co-founder of The Oaktree Foundation. He held many roles with Oaktree including Chief Operations Officer, Head of Corporate Sponsorship and Board Vice-President. In 2008, Nic founded an Australian/South African non-profit organization called Key Change Music, which has worked with the likes of Nelson Mandela’s 46664. Nic recently received the Rotary Club of Melbourne’s 2010 Young Achiever of the Year Award and the Sir Albert Coates 2010 Young Achiever of the Year.

Simon Moss (Chief Consultant)

Simon is an expert in the management of major cause-related and community building initiatives. He was the Chief Operations Officer and a Board member of The Oaktree Foundation. He has consulted to local, state and federal government on youth engagement, and presented at the World Economic Forum and the Clinton Global Initiative on private sector engagement in social issues. Simon is the General Manager of the Global Poverty Project.
